I began working at Warren Jr. High in 2012 as the Assistant Principal, and became the principal in 2013. I have been with Warren ISD since 2005.
I began my career in education in 1998, teaching Algebra 1 and Geometry in Alto, Texas. In 1999, I began teaching in Woodville ISD. I taught Algebra 1 & 2, Math Models, Calculus, and remedial math classes. I began working for Warren ISD in 2005. Since being in the district, I have taught, Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, and remedial classes.
I have been married to my husband, Jason Drake, since 2003. We have two wonderful children, Julia and Olivia, who both attend Warren ISD.
I am passionate about my family and Warren ISD. I know that if it were not for the support of my family and teachers in my life I would not be where I am today. This profession brings me complete joy. I hope that my small contribution can potentially have a huge impact on the lives of the children that pass through the hallways of our school There is no bigger reward in life than making the difference in the life of a child.
